I just found out about my Herpes buddy Jan. 09, I was just getting some blood work done because I'm getting older and wanted to see where my colesterol was at, and said test for everything I never had any brake outs or anything. I'm very easy to get along with and go with the flow for the most part. I listen to all kinds of music but like to dance to top 40. I'm a black man trapped in a white mans body when it comes to dancing and liking butts, it has to be round Not round like a basketball (that's OK though ) but like a plate or shallow bowl, just so it doesn't look like a 4 x 8 sheet of plywood. OK, enough of that! I go to the gym about 5 to 6 times a week, I haven't gone to the gym since I started my company in 2000, but I try and make it a part of my daily routine along with eating healthy, which does not say you can't treat yourself. I have worked 6 and 7 day weeks until recently, just cut back on that so I can enjoy life more. I have been sep. for a while but get along better with my X now then when we were together; mainly because we agree the kids come first Emma (10), Cole (9) and Luke (5), and our two companies are tied together with the work we perform. In short Ladies NO DRAMA!!!! I spend a lot of time with the kids late fall, winter and early spring so that I have 50 to 75 percent of my weekends free in the summer for one of my passions riding my bike. I will just pack up and just go for the week end, and end up wherever. One of the trips I went to Nashville to see a concert at the Grand Ole Opre. I like the outdoors, sushi, nice restaurants, and up for about anything.
