Well...hmmm....I really don't know what to say...lol I'm a very caring person who enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, singing, watching cartoons, while eating cereal in my pjs lol I am the only NERD in my family and I guess that I just don't fit in. First I'll dispel the usual reaction to my appearance-- with the long hair I seem to be miscategorized a lot. I have a job (a good one, even). I have a brain and I can even complete sentences! I'm not looking for anyone's couch to sleep on and I can even be responsible when required. Not everyone who plays music is a womanizing loser! I develop software to pay the bills and play music to feed the soul. I can be a bit random and odd at times but I'm a good guy. Anything different or unusual will get my attention. Sometimes there's more fun to be had on the fringes and looking in the cracks. I can be a homebody much of the time (I'm currently redoing my 1920's house) but I like to get out now and then. I'm definitely missing the sports gene so you won't find me glued to a TV watching football and I'm allergic to NASCAR. I do love bowling, though, even though I'm not very good. The game is more important than the score. I'm not much of a spectator--I'd prefer to be doing something rather than watching someone else do it. I'll try just about anything at least once and then again if I survive. I'm definitely into silliness and quirkiness. I think there's a lot more to life and working and paying the bills. The more interesting things don't have much of an ROI but I think that pursuing them has its own reward. I still play music even though it won't pay--I like to play for the sake of playing. I'm not looking for someone to do my laundry or take care of me--I'm a grownup and I can take care of myself. I'm looking for someone to share life and love with. Someone to see eye-to-eye with and swim in each others' joy. Yeah, I know that sounds cheesey but I still believe silly things like that.
