I've been told by "friend" that the reason I am still single is that I am 'too independent' - I guess my response to that is that although I want to be one part of a couple, I never want to lose my own identity. I see too many couples who lose their individuality & and I strongly feel you can have both! I also offer my partner trust & loyalty - that provides alot of freedom in the relationship. Unfortunately, that has lead me to experience 2 episodes of partners who felt that freedom meant it was OK to cheat. I guess what I'd like to emphasize "In My Own Words" - is that I'm looking for honesty, someone who is truly looking for a relationship partner, without losing themself, who is intellectually challenging, loves music, my dog and ME! For every ounce of love, integrity, passion that you bring-I will be on the same two way street with you!
